Oversee tradespeople for a renovation

We are doing a renovation with multiple tradespeople over a two month period. We are not going to be at home, so we need a separate individual to oversee the work of the general contractor, landscapers and other workers, organizing times and keys etc. and making sure the work is done to a very fine standard. You must have at least ten years experience in the industry and have a very details-oriented personality - you must live by your lists and schedules.
