Install Ground Moisture Barrier polythene

I need someone to install 80m2 of 250 micron polythene moisture barrier on the ground under the house in rental property in Katikati for Healthy homes. This may also require preparing of the ground by raking out debris to ensure it does not damage polythene when installed. The installation should be to New Zealand Standards under Healthy Homes. Care to be taken not to damage existing pipes or cabling under house. Contractor MUST have experience of installing polythene moisture barriers.
