Ceiling Insulation

Hi, we have a 90m2 house that needs the ceiling insulated for the new rental requirements. There is currently some yellow coloured fibreglass type insulation in there at 7cm thick. We'd like to keep this and add to it but we're happy for suggestions. I'd like to use mammoth insulation (made out of recycled bottles) but I'm happy for any alternative with a good R value, not too expensive and that is nontoxic. The roof is pitched, the crawl space is quite small. Thanks!
