Digging out under house to allow for insulation

Hi, we need someone to excavate under our house so that it's possible for us to install under-floor insulation. The front of the house has plenty of room but towards the rear is too tight to crawl under and therefore needs digging. There are one or two pipes and some easily movable tv cables with very dry soil which appears to be pretty soft. Two hatches allow access, although one is pretty small. The larger is about 65cm square, and easy to get in and out of. I've attached a floor plan with the two areas we'd like dug out marked (they are connected) - they total approx 35sqm.
