I would like to renovate 2 small bedrooms in a weatherboard cottage. The work includes: - Remove the old lining from walls and ceiling (including disposal from site) - Remove scrim - Insulate walls with Knauf Earthwool glasswool insulation ( 1 wall for warmth other 3 walls for acoustics, usually every third sarking board needs to be removed and nailed back on again) - Re-line walls and ceiling with plasterboard - Stop plaster board joints It might be good to have an electrician on hand but the current fittings are not moved. (there are 2 plugs, 1 switch and 1 light fitting in each room) Weather board house from 1910 Room size approx. 3.20m x 3.20m. 1 window, one door in each room Walls 3.1 meters high All sizes approximations, old floor plan is attached.

Good communication and regular progress updates and projected finish time. Very efficient and happy with the work done for the price. Kept to the original quote. I recommend Gavin and would use him and his team again. Many Thanks!
