Currently has polystyrene insulation. Cold air just runs past it and thru 1950’s Matai flooring board. 80m squared bungalow. Need a product that properly seals. Underneath the house has large space/ high ceiling to crawl space. The ground under the house is fully black polythene covered, so dust but no dirt.
