Soundproofing between upstairs and downstairs flat

We are looking for advice on/a quote for improving the soundproofing between our top and bottom flat at our house. Currently the sound travels extensively between both floors and we are hoping to come up with an affordable solution (or improvement) to the situation. I understand some options would be to install acoustic insulation (I think there is already insulation between the ceiling and the upstairs floor) or perhaps a drop ceiling? Any other thoughts would be appreciated. Our current tenant is moving out on 20 July 2023 and so ideally we could have the work completed prompt after this time.
