Underfloor insulation

We are having our 110m2 house lifted/repiled in a few weeks and the house will be left higher (450mm clearance at lowest point), providing access to roughly half of the crawl space previously inaccessible which is not insulated. We would like a price to insulate this area of the house. We would also like a price option if possible to temporarily remove and reinstall the existing area of underfloor insulation to enable treatment for borer.
