Underfloor insulation

We are looking to have our underfloor insulated, and moisture barrier installed to comply with the Healthy Homes Standard. The relevant areas are under the lounge and kitchen, total of approx. 40 m2. There's some building materials (wooden beams and metal scraps) that need to be cleared and disposed of. See attached images (taken in December 2022).
