I would like to do improve the underfloor insulation, set up a ground barrier, and get the insulation up to the healthy homes standard. There is no ground vapor barrier installed at the moment, but there is foil insulation. It is possible that this insulation (that is under the polystyrene), may need to be removed and replaced with a compliant type of insulation.
