Underfloor space diggout and insulation

Crawl space beneath house is tight at about 1 foot. We need it dug out and a polythene moisture barrier laid. Will need underfloor insulation installed too. Access from back of house, but new access hatch may need to be cut as well. Looking for asap, but will wait for the right job
