Under our house there are old tarps and 1/2 to 1/3rd coverage of batts. House is two story with a basement conversion, the accessible area is ~50sqm - onsite quotes from others have been for this size. Access is good - door off rumpus room leads to underfloor area. We need a GVB properly installed, and the entire area insulated. Either keeping the existing batts or replacing them.
