Insulation installation

(1) Supply insulation and insulate basement wall (accessible from basement) 7.7m long 2.4 m high 10mm cavity, and replace lining paper. Prefer high R value at least 2.6. Allow for and disposal of existing lining paper and any excess materials. (2) Supply and install ground vapour barrier on earth basement 6m wide and 14m long. Please specify products used and any assumptions made. The basement is accessible through a small door in the sub floor hallway.

Hi I am a 3 year experienced insulation installer ceiling,underfloor and vapour barrier installer also currently under eeca scheme. I am currently finishing my Building Apprenticeship in two years. Also do general home maintenance and install new ventilation system and heat transfers
