I would like to renovate a medium sized living room in a weatherboard cottage. The work includes: - Remove the old pinex tiles from walls and ceiling (including disposal from site) - Remove scrim (if applicable) - Insulate outer walls (wool or 'Cosy wall blow in insulation, depending on price) - Build small dry wall element 60 cm wide 3 meters high (sidewall for in-build wardrobe) - Re-line walls and ceiling with plasterboard - Stop plaster board joints Weather board house from 1905 Room size approx. 4.50m x 5.00m. Alcove with windows and french doors 1.00m x 2.30m One large window 1.5m x 2.0m Walls 3 meters high Outer wall length 16m Room ''parlour" on attached floor plan All sizes approximations based on old plans.
