Insulation removal and attic sanitation

We've struggled with rats for a couple of years and nothing has really worked. We want the old insulation in the attic to be removed professionally (we have young children) and for the attic to be sanitised afterwards. We will then look for someone to close all the gaps and eaves as a separate job, but if this is something you can help with, we want to hear from you. Please don't contact us if you offer standard pest control services as this is a bigger job.
