Approx 100sqm, wooden villa that requires at least 1.6R underfloor insulation supplied and installed. Located in Berhampore, Wellington. House has been re-piled with fairly standard looking beam width. Access slopes from standing height at one end to very low at the other. Depending on the installer and the type of product it may be too low to complete everywhere. Work must be completed to a high standard.
