Insulate walls and prepare for painting

Hi there, We are looking at insulating the walls of our lounge and dining. In the lounge we have a heat-pump installed on one of the walls, in the dining there's the kitchen furniture that needs to be protected and worked around. We have done all of the bedrooms already, but because as explained above we have an appliance and furniture we want protected we believe it would be best if a professional could do this for us. Would be great if we could get and idea as to how much this would take and cost. Best regards, Madalin
