Ceiling and underfloor insulation

I am looking for the supply and installation of ceiling and underfloor insulation into a 1922 villa, as follows: 1. Attic - 128m square coverage - supply and install of a 3.6r Greenstuf polyester blanket. Good access through hatch in the kitchen. There is some old pink batts insulation at present, but this is old and inadequate. Note: there are currently halogen spotlights in 2 of the bedrooms, the bathroom and small hallway. I am exploring whether or not to replace these, but these may not be replaced. The rest of the rooms (lounge, kitchen and dining room) have LED spotlights and are IC-F rated. 2. Underfloor - 25 m square floor - supply and install 1.8r Greenstuf polyester blanket underfloor. There is no insulation underfloor at present. The 25m square is the amount of the underfloor that is accessible for insulation. Note there is restricted room, but this is the area of coverage that is possible. Must supply compliance certificate and undertake the work to a high standard to ensure full coverage, and a good standard of insulation.
