Quote to install silencer batts into floor cavity to sound proof

I want a quote to install silencer batts into 25M2 of floor space cavities. The cavities separate a lower room and an upper level. The aim is to provide sound proofing between floors. The floor area is 6.5m x 4m. The cavities are approximately 22cm high, 38cm wide and 2m long. I don't want to lift the floor or Ceiling Gib (on the lower level), I assume the insulation can be stuffed in from the sides into the cavities. The access to the cavities on one side is easy enough from under the house but the other side will need to possibly have the weather boards removed to stuff in from the exterior wall, probably two 6.6m lengths to be removed.
