Full Interior House Renovation

I would like to hear from trades persons who can undertake the following alterations/improvements 1. Provide design services for elements of renovation that require to be put through the Builiding consent process. Engineering services where any design requires it 2. Remove wall between Kitchen/Dining 3. Remove wall/cupboard between lounge and bedroom 4. Re locate/replace hot water cylinder 5. Re line ceilings in kitchen/dining/lounge 6. Combine toilet/bathroom into one with removal of internal wall and framing out a doorway 6. Re line bathroom and fit new shower/toilet/vanity 7. Frame/gib new internal hallway downstairs 8. Plaster all new Gib board and possibly skim coat walls where wallpaper is removed 9. Remove two existing windows and refit aluminium french doors 10. Provide plumbing for new kitchen, new bathroom and remodled existing bathroom 11. Additional power/data/phone to dwelling where practical (locations and scope to be determined with owner) 12. Construct two small decks (approx 12-15sqm each) and small retaining wall 13. Fit insulation to roof space and underfloor 14. Provide gas fitting for instant hotwater, gas fire, gas hob and installation of these appliances 15. Sand Matai flooring in bathroom, kitchen, dining, hall, lounge 16. Supply and install double glazing to existing aluminium window frames
