Villa underfloor insulation

Supply and install fibreglass type underfloor insulation, plus supply and secure 250 micron thick polythene type moisture barrier to ground surface. Insulation to be secured from sagging with 19 mm wide plastic strapping tape. House is a timber framed 1900's villa of approximately 250 square meters. A couple of rooms have already been insulated. Access is via two trap doors, one either side of house. Clearance under floor joists is 400 mm plus.
