Moisture Barrier installation (some Rubbish Removal)

Would like quote to install a 95sqm moisture barrier under house. There is some rubbish in the way, so looking for someone who can also remove this rubbish. There are two other houses on this section that we are unsure if they need a moisture barrier as well. So can also provide a quote for these two houses when inspecting them.
