Need to fit insulation and cover with ceiling jib , and repair some and install insulation in walls as well Re jib some walls Run some plumbing pipes Fit a shower Install a RHEEM 26 If accredited electrician then also add light fittings Help create rain drain outside shed. Essentially a nice renovation job. Must be completed before Christmas.
