Looking for a quote to install ceiling insulation into a 3 bedroom 1950's house. Currently there is spayed fluff in the ceiling space, however this is compacted, so am looking to upgrade with Batts or similar insulation. I'm hoping new insulation can be installed over the top of what is already there. Access is by manhole.
