new roof and insulation in floor and roof

We have an 85sq meter one level house. Our roof is made of iron and is leaking in places. Parts of the iron have deteroated and quite a lot of the nails are rusty. We have a builder coming in to replace some of the wood in the roof that has started to rot, but we need somone who can reroof our house. We also have 12 bails of pink bats10 sq meters each that need to be put in the roof and under our house Some of the insulation has already been put in above and below the bedrooms, but more is need throughout the house. Getting under our house is easy the roof is a bit harder as there is not much room up there. If there is someone/people that could help that would be great.
