Underfloor nogging and insulation and other build help

We are in the process of building a 42sqm cabin and are needing assistance with installing the underfloor nogs, insulation and vermin barrier. The insulation we have is underfloor greenstuff.

We are trying to bring this building up to code. --- who don’t know the requirements please.
