The ceiling space has old pink bats, old insul fluff on top, and polyester insulation on top of that. The three layers need removing. The house is very dusty indoors. There are lots of birds' nests in the ceiling space too! All very unhealthy, and perhaps a fire and electrical risk. The house is 100 sq m Look forward to your response
