Ceiling Insulation

Hi there We are looking to insulate our two-bedroom, weatherboard, one level rental in the Avenues, Tauranga in order to meet the requirements of the new compulsory insulation regulations. We are looking at insulation for the ceiling only as have been told previously that the crawlspace under the house is too low. We are after a quote for the approx. 100m2 area, would need to meet the minimum R Value requirements for the Zone (we are after the lightest and cheapest pink batts that meet regulations as the ceiling is made of tiles). There is currently foil insulation which we will also need to have removed as part of the scope of the work. We are after a quote please and also need to know time frame and availability. The house is currently vacant so an immediate start would be great. Address will be provided upon request.
