Ceiling Insulation

I require ceiling insulation to top up the old insulfluf. I also require insulation over the garage ceiling. There is plenty of ceiling height as it is a tile roof house. There is also a wooden walkway along the ceiling that, hopefully can be insulated under, though to a lesser R value than the rest of the ceiling. The existing ceiling cover is down to about R 1.0. I would like to have a covering of at least R 3.2 or more. The garage section does not have any insulation at the moment. The total area is 160 sq m including the garage plus 20sq m under storage ( walkway ).
