Hi, I have two rental properties requiring both ceiling and underfloor insulation. One has floor area of 116m2 & other one is 85m2. Both have reasonable access to ceilings and underfloor. I can supply the insulation as can get it at almost wholesale and you quote for installation only, or you can quote for supply and install if you're able to match what I pay. Both tenants have community services cards so would be eligible for EECA subsidy. Also are you able to supply a compliance certificate on completion please?
