40 ft shipping container. Spray foam all internal walls, ceiling, underfloor. Assume covering the entire surfaces for this quote, I have not allocated any openings yet. No access problems to any surface, container will be raised high enough off the ground for underfloor access. Walls and ceiling will be battened for fixing of lining.
