I own a two story rental property in Kumeu West Auckland. It was built around 1995. It is 220m2 house & attached flat. The floor is concrete. As far as I know there is no insulation in the walls or ceiling.. The iron roof follows the ceiling and there is not enough space between, for anyone to get in there. I have recently replaced the old downlights with new IC-F rated ones. which are allowed to have Insulation right around them. Can anyone help me?
