Sound Proofing

We want to improve the sound proofing between an upstairs and downstairs space. We are looking at improving the acoustic soundproofing in some internal walls upstairs, in the underfloor, perhaps a hanging or drop ceiling option, and we have also looked at acoustic underlay options. the upstairs space will have a nursery in it so we want to make it as quiet as possible for the person downstairs.
