Please help us make this room warm and healthy.

The end bedroom is very damp and cold because three walls and the ceiling are all outside facing with no insulation. We would like to have the plaster board removed, insulation installed, then recline walls and plaster. If you are in the painting business as well, I have two bedrooms to be painted but for now I'm focusing on the insulation. We were also thinking of knocking out the wardrobe as it's big. And in the way of the front door. We would rather have a free standing wardrobe as this acts as a guest room.
