Insulation supply & install ceiling and underfloor

We have a 1968 home with no ceiling or underfloor insulation. 100m2 3-bed weatherboard home. Easy access to both ceiling and flooring. Please provide a quote including materials. Ceiling must have R2.9 Underfloor must be R1.3 Not fussed about what you use to get to the R rating but I must have a written record of the materials used (to get to that rating). Property will be used for renting.
