Top up ceiling insultation

Ceiling insulation is required to be topped up. House is 150m2 including garage which does not have insulation and is not required. Currently Healthy Homes report has it at 80mm and in bad condition, need 120mm. Please note the whole roof was not accessed and assessed only from the access hole. Need quote asap
