The building inspection report identifies the current insulation type as "Fiberglass batts. insulfluff" and recommends "there is minimal ceiling insulation. we recommend additional ceiling insulation is installed". It is a 255m2 house. Must supply compliance certificate after job is complete. I will have house renovation starting in May which involves ceiling work, so insulation will be after that which may be around July.
