Underfloor Insulation

I have two 1920's rental houses (next door to each other in Campbell Street). One is a two bedroom house, the other is 5 bedrooms (although the 5th bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are all on a concrete structure, so I don't think you can fit insulation in this area). I need a quote to install underfloor insulation. There is no access under the houses at present (other than ventilation), so you will need to install these. The houses are encased in concrete/stucco - so I imagine the hatch will need to be through a floor space.
