Kitchen extension and windows insulation/replacements

Next to our small kitchen, there is a grass lawn as shown in the photo. The lawn is about 650cm x 400cm. We are thinking about extending our kitchen onto this lawn, which will have a dining area and a bathroom/toilet. We also like to insulate, or replace a few of our existing wooden windows. Thank you.
