Installation of underfloor insulation and vapour barrier
Job description
Hi there I've just moved into a home which has had a DIY underfloor insulation job done with polystyrene, probably 10+ years ago. I'm looking to have the old insulation removed, new/modern insulation installed and then a vapour barrier put in. Some details which may be useful: - Total area to be done is roughly 100m2 to 110m2 - Crawl space under the house (see photo) averages approx 50cm high - I'm happy to help with carrying, lifting, removal of old polystyrene, etc. Basically I can lend an extra set of hands! Sifa did an excellent job removing old polystyrene underfloor insulation, putting down a moisture barrier and installing new insulation. I'd highly recommend him.
