I have BORER! I need to have the insulation removed from the ceiling so the Borer guy can spray. Then I'd like new insulation put in. House is 100sqm. I'd like it cut and inserted, not just rolled over the beams. There is also a 10 sqm attic floor that needs removing for the borer guy, then put back in as well..
