Injectable foam in ceiling

Hi We need to get some sound proofing between the floor/ceiling of the upstairs and downstairs flat. Looking for someone to either spray insulation in the cavity or suggest a better option. Will need to adhere to fire and safety standards as within commercial/residential units.
