Builder required for soundproofing ceiling

Hello, I’m looking for a builder who understands how to sound proof a room so that I can sleep peacefully. My issue is that upstairs is very noisy. I am the only one on the ground floor. My family owns the house so modifications can be made on the first floor if that’s the best way to treat the noise. Thank you!
