re-clad and insulate main bedroom

We have re-clad one side of the house already and now want to re-clad and insulate/sound proof the main bedroom of our small 63m2 house. It is currently weatherboard cladding (but is structurally sound) so the same profile board in hardiplank would be ideal. Also looking to retrofit/double glaze the windows, so I'm hoping to arrange site visits to find out approximate costs involved... The main wall for re-cladding is 4m long and the window is 700 x 3.5m...
