The existing ceiling insulation is blown in wool with a loft 80 mm and does not meet the minimum loft of 120 mm. Ceiling requires insulation to be installed to comply to the Healthy Homes 2019 regulations. The existing foil underfloor insulation is ripped and will need to be removed and new R1.5 insulation installed.
