Additional underfloor insulation

Additional underfloor insulation for easy to access timber framed house on concrete piles. Great direct access with good room and polythene already laid. Not wanting to remove existing insulation as in good condition but wish to have extra R rating and insulating properties. Also have Michaelangelo ceiling tiles to be removed in lounge and replaced with plasterboard finished to paint finish. Exterior of house needs waterproof bogging and or replacement of bargeboards around soffits. Prefer to have job finished within the next 3 months.
