Finished with 30m2 left over. Checking in the ceiling above the kitchen, this area had basically not been done. They did not tell me; it was just left undone. After many calls and then being kept waiting for hours on two different days they sorted it. The issue was that this area was difficult to get to. They did not communicate about this; they had just left it undone. $750 for 2 guys x three hours = $125 per hour = expensive. Not doing the full job and not telling us is exceedingly poor.

"Installed all access areas. There was a small area were it was impossible to get access and still the owner wanted it done. The only option is to pull gib or roof off. All other areas were installed accordingly. Only cats and mice can fit in this confine areas. Owner still does not understand health and safety so he puts in a poor report. Price should not been an issue as he accepted the deal. Some people are just not thankful for the service been done. Very Ungreatfull owner"
