Hi, 2 houses on same address need insulation added. One requires 113 pieces of R3.6 ECO & other requires 80 pieces of R3.6 ECO.

Installed R2.9 instead of R3.6 - and then claimed R2.9 of another brand offers better insulation than R3.6 Was not ready to top up or reduce invoice. Taking them to dispute tribunal.

"YOU ARE A VERY DISHONEST CLIENT!
You agreed for us to install R2.9 polyester which is an upgrade from Glasswool R3.6 for the same price which you accepted, we also provided documents (install summary) that cleary states we installed R2.9 polyester and now its over a month Since we have completed the work and you still refuse to pay invoice, instead you harrass us for more discount. LESSON LEARNT & WE HAVE ALSO FILED A REPORT DISPUTE TRIBUNAL"
