We have a single level brick and tile property with a 6.4 x 5.8 double internal access garage. The ceiling of the garage closest to the garage door is bowed. We have ascertained from the people who were living in the property at the time that there was a leak 15 years ago which caused this. The ceiling now needs to be repaired so that it is not bowed anymore.
