Ceiling & Outside Soffit Repair

Hi, We need to have a couple of Ceiling gib Boards replaced in the Garage and Kitchen due to water leaking from the Roof. The Roof has been Fixed but need the Gib Boards replaced and painted and the outside Soffit has some Rotten wood and needs replacing. Inspection and Quotes welcomed. Cheers Alex.
